Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agent Tool Gateway (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Agent Tool Gateway provides a metered API/MCP endpoint that lets you and your AI agents call tools (such as transcription, web/PDF reading, summarization, and research) using prepaid credits, authenticated with an API key.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys, including activity by your agents.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

Credits, plans & billing

• The Service runs on credits. The Free plan includes a monthly credit allowance; the Pro plan is a recurring subscription that grants a larger monthly allowance.
• Credits reset to your plan's allowance each billing period and do not roll over.
• Credits are deducted per successful tool call at the posted cost; failed calls are not charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing or credit allowances with notice; changes apply to future periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or expose your API key so as to circumvent metering or limits.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, credit deduction, or access another user's data.
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property, violate privacy, or process unlawful content.
• Submit URLs or content that target private, internal, or unauthorized systems.
• Overload, disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in violation of the terms of any upstream provider a tool relies on, or of any applicable law.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs returned to you. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the Service and fulfill your requests. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

Third-party services

Tools may depend on third-party APIs and models. Their availability and results are not guaranteed, and your use of a tool may be subject to the relevant provider's terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tool outputs will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
